IAF schedules Air Force Common Admission Test to select all qualified applicants into courses offered by IAF 2018. There are mainly three branches in which admission are provided as Flying branch, Technical branch and Ground duty branch.

 Age limit criteria details :

For Flying Branch : Age of candidates should be between 20 to 24 years as on 1st January 2019  (Birth date should be between : 02 January 1995 to 01 January 1999)

Important : Those have current Commercial Pilot Licence their age can be maximum 26 years means date of birth should be between  02 January 1993 to 01 January 1999.

For ground Duty : (Tech/ Non Tech ) 20 years to 26 years as on 1st January 2019 (Birth date : 02 January 1993 to 01 January 1999). Check AFCAT Application Form 2018 Notification for more.

How to Apply in AFCAT 2018 Application Form Examination:-

Eligible and candidates may apply online through the official Indian Air force (IAF) career website www.careerairforce.nic.in. AFCAT Online Application Form will be available for online registration from December 2017. Candidates will be able to fill AFCAT 2018 Application Form on official website:

AFCAT Admit Card 2018:- AFCAT Hall ticket for this exam will be available before exam. We are advised to check regularly official website for latest updates. AFCAT Admit card have information about your exam center, roll no. date and timing for exam.

Selection Process:- Selection of all of aspirants will be based on score in Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) (applicable to technical posts only) & Air Force Common Admission Test. After qualifying AFCAT & EKT, contenders will be invited for Medical Test, Intelligence Test, Group Test, Psychological Test and Interview Test round organized by Air Force Selection Boards (AFSBs). All of applicants of Flying Branch should to attempt for Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS), Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT).
